Children from the Twinbrook Tellers have been invited to tell stories at the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, TN., at the National Youth Storytelling Showcase in Pigeon Forge, TN, and most recently at the National Youth Storytelling Showcase in Orem, UT. The Twinbrook Tellers are members of Voices In The Glen (voicesintheglen.org).

They’ve penned pantoums and villanelles,
limericks and rhymes and verse so free
Take a moment to listen to them
with me

Poets of the Exodus Poetry Workshop are homeschooled teens who meet once each week with Eve Burton to read, discuss, and write poetry. Eve has been bringing the Twinbrook Tellers, a group of children who do oral storytelling, to the Day of the Book Festival since 2007.
