INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

Participation is open to all local authors, book and paper artists, bookmakers, publishers, literary groups, and Kensington community organizations.

Participation Fee (non-refundable):
$55

The fee helps to cover the cost of the tents, promotion, signs, etc. Participants can bring their own folding table and chairs (maximum table width of 4 feet unless you are bringing your own canopy), or rent a table and two chairs for an additional $10. (Please be sure to note on the form if you want a rental, there are a limited number available.) If you are bringing your own canopy, it must be a 10' x 10' folding canopy with weights unless otherwise pre-approved. We reserve the right to reject any set-up that we consider not safe or appropriate. All sales are handled directly by the participant. Please feel free to contact us anytime.
